Background education test - a comprehensive background screening of criminal records, employment verification, education verification, etc.
Typing test - you may be required to take this test to see how fast and accurate you can type. To practice a sample test online, click here.

LEAP (LOMA's Employee Assessment Program) - a web-based pre-employment testing program that measures a variety of skills. In addition to assessing cognitive skills such as math, language, speed and accuracy, LEAP also covers "soft" skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, ability to deal with complexity, interpersonal communication and customer service.
OMNIA - a hiring tool that uses customized job descriptions based on client input to compare applicants to employees succeeding in the job. It also tests whether the candidate's behavioral characteristics are a good fit for the job.
FurstPerson Call Simulation - a computer simulation that applicants take to give them an idea of what a job in a call center will be like. It also gives the employer a way to evaluate if the applicant will be a good fit for that job. The applicant listens to incoming calls through the computer and answers questions as they would on a live call. This test is scored based on three categories: sales, customer service and technical skills.
